• 4page option (1 full size page front and back up to 6 pictures and 2 tributes ) $6.50 per program 
• 8page option (2 full size pages front and back , up to 12 pictures and 4 tributes) $8.00 per program

Please provide current email and telephone number that you can be reach once order is place there will be an order form sent to your email address this order form will include the obituary outline form please provide ALL details 2 revisions are allowed at no cost any revisions afterward will incur a $10 revision fee for each time . **PLEASE NOTE** Most orders take 2-3 business days to finalize and approve.
