Q: Can I pay for my order in cash if I live locally

A: All orders places must be paid for online, If you want to pay in cash please email us at yourdimcreation @ gmail.com, please screenshot desired items and time will be provided for you to pay in cash!...please note your order will NOT begin processing until payment has been made and current turnaround time will begin on the the day we receive payment 

Q: Do I have to have my items shipped to me if I live locally?

A: Pickup Option is available

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

A: Some items do require a minimum amount however they are all listed on each specific item.

Q: What are your hours of operations

A: We process orders M-F 8AM-8PM **Saturday processing is for RUSH orders only.
 
Q: Why does shipping take so long?
A: Most orders are designed and assembled by hand, DIMCreations, takes pride in delivering quality products. There are rush orders options available as add on purchases if orders are needed sooner than our current turnaround time.
